Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Return Guarantee & Conditions
To protect customers' rights, all 3C digital accessories purchased enjoy a 7-day unconditional return service from the date of receipt, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
2. Quality Issues & Non-Artificial Defects
If you find product performance failures or non-human defects within 7 days, please contact customer service with photos/videos. After verification, we will replace it with a new one and cover the freight.
3. Exceptions Where Returns Are Not Accepted
The following cases are not eligible for returns: (1) Over 7 days or warranty expired; (2) Counterfeit products; (3) Human-made damage due to misuse, water ingress, dropping, unauthorized disassembly; (4) Custom or clearance items.
4. Refund Process, Timeline & Channels
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect and process the refund within 3-5 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.
